Website Advertising Policy
The Durango Area Tourism Office (DATO) will sell advertising space on its Website in the form of banner and button ads when the inclusion of advertising does not interfere with the mission of DATO.
Banner/button advertising is limited to tourism businesses in the following categories; lodging, restaurants, attractions, and activities. DATO will only accept advertising from tourism businesses within La Plata County.
The appearance of advertising on the DATO Website is neither a guarantee nor an endorsement by DATO of the product, service, or company or the claims made for the product in such advertising.
DATO, in its sole discretion, retains the right to decline any submitted advertisement or to discontinue posting of any advertisement previously accepted. DATO reserves the right to not link to or to remove links to other Web sites.
