Combining the Million Dollar Sky Way tour, the infamous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and an interpretive, off road tour to Colorado’s most established mining ghost towns, Animas Forks and California Gulch, creates a complete Southwest Colorado adventure!
You’ll be glad you’re not driving up the Million Dollar Sky Way as neck-wrenching views surround you on all sides; and on your jeep trail tour you will see cascading waterfalls, spectacular wildflowers and high elevation wildlife, such as: bear, moose, bald eagles and surprising ground animals! The historic Narrow Gauge Railroad is also not to be missed with its breathtaking views of the Animas River Canyon and this once in a lifetime opportunity to ride a coal burning steam engine along a track built in 1881.
