Peanuts™ The Easter Beagle Express is Coming to the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad

Durango, CO – The Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is bringing Snoopy, the Easter Beagle, for a special visit with passengers on Saturday, April 7, 2012.
 
Passengers are invited to ride the regular winter train excursion to Cascade Canyon where Snoopy, the Easter Beagle, will be waiting to greet them. There will be photo opportunities, costumed Easter bunnies, activities onboard the train, temporary tattoos, live musical entertainment, and more.
 
The train departs the Durango depot at 10:00 am and returns at 3:00 pm.  Standard-class tickets are $49* for children (ages 2-11) and $69* for adults. Deluxe-class tickets in the San Juan Coach are $59* for children (ages 2-11) and $79* for adults. Deluxe-class tickets in the Prospector Coach are $69* for children and $89* for adults. All fares are subject to a 6% Historic Preservation Fee.  Lunch items are available for purchase in the concession car.
