Road Information for Iron Horse Bicycle Classic

May 26th road closure on Highway 550 between Durango Mountain Resort and Silverton

Durango, CO – Memorial Day Weekend and the 41st Annual Iron Horse Bicycle Classic begins on Saturday May 26th.  Highway 550 will be closed from Durango Mountain Resort to Silverton, Colorado on Saturday May 26th from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00p.m. This is a special permit from the Colorado State Patrol. 
 
This is the 14th year for the road closure.
