Experience the beauty of Mind-Body Sound with Mahan Prem
You will be lovingly guided through Whole Body Movement, Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (sound current), Guided Meditation, and Savasana (deep relaxation) in a precise, conscious manner to energize the body while strengthening and balancing the immune, glandular and nervous systems. Promote emotional well-being, mental clarity, and stress relief, as well as awaken the spirit!
Each class will end with the powerful vibration and healing sounds of the Gong as you melt into deep relaxation. We always close each class with an inspirational card and a cup of heartwarming tea! All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Space is limited as these are semi-private sessions.
