Not Your Average Barn Concert

The Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering presents our newest fundraising event “Not Your Average Barn Concert" which will take place on Sunday, April 23rd. This special program will be held at the historic Stewart Ranch, also known as Destination Ranch, where part of the movie “City Slickers” was filmed. The ranch is located at the very end of Lightner Creek Road. Our special guests will be Miss Devon and the Outlaw, five time Best Duo Harmony award winners of the Internatinal Western Music Association. They will be joined by The Timberline Cowboys Geary Parsons and Mike Mullins who successfully blend cowboy lore, humor and romance into their music repertoire. Also performing will be former Cowboy Gathering President Lindy Simmons who was named the 2021 Cowboy Poetry Champion by the International Western Music Association. Don’t miss this very entertaining evening under the stars. The gate will open at 4:00 and entertainment begins at 5:00. $35/person includes a light dinner.
