Service Unscripted: Customer Service Stories of Durango

As part of Durango Arts Month, Visit Durango and the Durango Creative District are hosting a storytelling event for the Durango community. This event will feature true stories provided by local Durango residents related to the theme of customer service.

The storytelling event will explore the multifaceted nature of customer service through both positive and negative experiences shared by community members. Participants are encouraged to reflect on moments that highlight exceptional service that left a lasting impact, as well as stories where expectations were not met, revealing the importance of effective communication and empathy.
We invite everyone to share their tales—whether uplifting or cautionary—in a supportive atmosphere where stories can inspire improvement and celebrate successes in the customer service realm.
