Youth Arts Festival and Makers Market

The Youth Arts Festival and Makers Market is a FREE, all ages community celebration of art and creativity! Join us from 1:00pm-4:00pm at the Common’s Building parking lot, 701 S. Camino Del Rio in Durango on October 19th and unleash your creativity at our hands-on art stations, led by local artists and volunteers. Try beadwork, button making, ceramics, felting, or weaving. Participate in a community mural project, learn a new culinary skill or join us for a writer’s workshop or musical improv. Then shop the next generation of entrepreneurs by visiting the Youth Makers Market showcasing the art, goods and services of young artists/entrepreneurs between the ages of 8-18 years. Parking available at Durango Transit Center. Please note, furry friends are not invited. We hope to see there!
