From downtown Durango: From the intersection of Main Avenue and 9th Street, turn west and go across Highway 550 / Camino del Rio and across the Animas River. At the three-way stop sign, turn right (north) on Roosa Avenue and go to the Avenda del Sol and turn left (west). For parking, turn left into the Manna Soup Kitchen parking lot. Walk or ride up Ella Vita Court to Overend Mountain Park trailhead.
