We are excited to relaunch our Food Waste Program!

This year-long initiative helps restaurants measure and analyze food waste generated during food preparation to identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction. In addition to food waste tracking, the two selected restaurants will receive 12 months of composting service through Table to Farm.

The program is expected to run from August 2026 through July 2027, and only two spots are available this year.

Applications are due by July 24.
